Walk into the spacious home and find yourself in a large family room, dining kitchen combo! Sliding glass door leads onto a screened in patio for a relaxing time outside overlooking woods. The oversized master bedroom with walk in closet and private ensuite with tub and separate shower is located on the second floor and comes with it's own screened in private balcony overlooking the natural preserve. This is the perfect centralized location to all major theme parks, with Walt Disney World being just 2 exits away. 2 themed bedrooms are at the other end of the hallway upstairs and separate bathroom.

Other Things to Note:

This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 soap (per bathroom).

We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.



THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

We expect all guest to maintain the home in the good condition it was found in and make sure to keep clean. Any damages will be charged to the guests. Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am.

Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home unless we give permission.



No parties, no illegal drugs, no pets, and no smoking inside allowed. If smoking in the home a fine of $500 will be charged. Any illegal pet is $250 fine.

Trash must be in placed in the bags into the dumpster by the clubhouse prior to checking out.
