Just off the living room is the designated dining area with seating for up to 4 people. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make delicious home cooked meals.

The screened porch offers an expansive outdoor living area with comfortable sofa seating and a small table, perfect for early morning coffee with a tranquil island view.

1402 West Beach Villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 1 primary suite and 1 sofa bed. The primary suite features a queen size bed, plenty of storage, and a full bathroom with a modern vanity and standing glass shower. The sofa bed is located in the living area with plenty of privacy away from the primary suite.

West Beach Villas are located centrally in the heart of West Beach Village, nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe.

You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.

Pool Access: Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access is via Boardwalk 6 and 7.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
