I think there is mold in the ac ducts I got sick because I turned on the fan all night to get the white noise. I’m highly allergic to mold. The have had been remodeled but the building itself is old

Response from Management on 22 Oct 2026
Brenda, We take the maintenance and cleanliness of our property seriously and have regular HVAC maintenance and cleanings. We made every effort to provide excellent customer service, spending 40 minutes assisting with directions and locating the unit, as well as responding in the evening to help locate the volume button on the remote. You also expressed significant dissatisfaction with the number of kitchen towels and garbage bags provided. While we regret that the stay did not meet your expectations, we remain committed to maintaining our property and providing responsive, attentive service to our guests.
