The location was perfect to spend time with our grandchildren who live nearby. The beds were comfortable but I am not very tall and it was hard to get into bed because of the height. Enjoyed the stay.

This nice, well-appointed place suited our needs. Everything we needed could be found, even an extension cord and Neosporin. Which felt very random, yet we ended up needing both! It's conveniently located 1 mile from the highway, so we could quickly get going to anywhere we were hoping to go. And San Marco Square is just a ten-minute walk, which was also very nice. The furniture was comfortable, including the mattresses, which is important to us. Daniel was quick and professional with responses. Overall, great place.

GREAT STAY !

I stayed at this property for 10 days and had a fantastic experience. It was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need—and more. The space itself was comfortable, peaceful, and genuinely pleasant to be in. I truly enjoyed my time there and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended.

Dan is a fantastic host! He always responded within 30 minutes of messaging him, the house was well stocked with everything you’d need (shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, kitchen products, etc), it was safe neighborhood, close to downtown San Marco which was great to walk to, etc! I would highly recommend booking here &/or with Dan!

The house is located on the north end of San Marco downtown. Safe walking distance to restaurants, pubs etc. Also close to our family over in the south end. Easy to get to the highway and shopping. The house is in good shape and well looked after.The beds were comfortable and the tvs worked well on the roku, wifi, new appliances. Very nice little kitchen.A small list of minor improvements includes a need for more silverware. The main light in the living room didn't work, probably needs a new bulb. The switches near the kitchen seemed inverse to expectations.The upstairs shower head is needing cleaning or a nicer replacement. The oven racks are shiny new an need oiling.When we go back, we'll check to stay there again.

Hi John, thanks for the generally good review. I take feedback seriously so i checked next day on issues and for benefit of potential guests. Silverware -- there's plenty of silverware (utensils) now. You may have hit a day when it was a bit low and I had replenished the supply right after that Ceiling light -- works fine. Led is good. Inverse light switches -- yeah, there's one or two where the switch down is "on". Not great, but livable. I'll get my electrician to reverse at some point. Upstairs shower head -- is new since May. I tested it and it was working very well. Not sure what issue you experienced. Thanks again for your visit and your feedback. I am always trying to maintain and improve the unit. Dan
