The ground-floor holiday rental was completed in December 2011 and is exceptionally well-equipped and, on top of that, fully child-friendly!
On 6.3.2020, the apartment was certified with 3*** stars according to DTV guidelines.

You’ll receive spa passes free of charge from the landlord via email.

1 roll of paper towels, 1 1.5-liter bottle of water, 1 sweet treat, dishwasher tabs, 1 bottle dish soap, 1–2 tea towels, 1 dishcloth, 1 roll of toilet paper, disposable aluminium ashtrays, and tea lights for the smoker’s lantern, “FeWo Penelope” postcards for your holiday greetings, and laundry detergent for the washing machine.
The apartment is child-friendly, so you’ll find all the essentials right there in the holiday rental. That way, you won’t have to pack half your household into the car. Since we have a daughter of our own who was once a little girl, we’ve made every effort to equip the holiday rental so that you’ll need to bring as little as possible with you. This way, your holiday begins as soon as you start packing your suitcase.....
Location: on the ground floor with a small garden, 1 beach chair in the living room and 1 beach chair in the garden, a shaded area, and a private, lockable garden gate for families with small children.
Access to the holiday rental from the terrace is possible with a key.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 10:00 AM.
