About this property

From August to October 2024, the roof of the building will be renewed and construction noise must be expected.

Cozy 1.5 room apartment (32sqm) with balcony that has a view into the mountains. Sunlight from morning until evening. A bus stop is right next to the apartment building and a 10 minutes walk away from a food store and bakery. The apartment has a double bed and a day bed (couch), a kitchen with a microwave, oven, steamer, fridge and a dish washer. Apple TV, Wifi and a garage for parking is available. For skiing, there is a free bus to the valley station Laax (10mins door to door!).

Schöne, zentrale gut eingerichtete Wohnung, Empfehlenswert!

Wir genossen die tolle, sauber Wohnung mit Balkon. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Wohnung ist hübsch und gut eingerichtet. Top Restaurant, Volg, Beck, Metzgerei in den Nähe. Dank der Lage konnten wir unser Auto eine Woche in der Tiefgarage stehen lassen und nutzten tägl. den Gratis Bus Falera-Laax-Flims-Fidaz. Top Preis Lestubgsverhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschön

Die Ferienwohnung ist super gelegen, zu Fuss ein paar Minuten ins Dorf. Sie ist sehr sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat alles super funktioniert. Absolut empfehlenswert.
