Nice place. Pretty well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Only one shower. Quiet neighborhood. Had a choice to pay 89 non-refundable damage insurance or 3000 refundable after 7-14 days.

My real estate journey began in Long Island New York , where I owned and managed rental properties before discovering the exciting opportunities and warm hospitality culture here in Texas. This is our very first Airbnb property, and we spent nearly eight months renovating and preparing it with great care and attention to detail.

Through my travels across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, I stayed in many Airbnb homes and learned what truly makes guests feel comfortable and welcomed. We brought those experiences into this home to create a relaxing, clean, and enjoyable stay, and we look forward to hosting you.

When I first visited Allen, Texas, while searching for properties in the Dallas area, I immediately felt drawn to this neighborhood because of its peaceful, family-oriented atmosphere and strong sense of safety. During my travels across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, I always preferred staying in areas where I felt comfortable and secure, and that experience shaped my decision here as well.

One of my top priorities for guests is providing a safe and relaxing environment, and this neighborhood truly offers that feeling. The area is quiet, welcoming, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, and entertainment, making it an ideal place for both families and travelers to enjoy their stay.

What makes this home unique is the amount of care, time, and attention that went into every detail of the renovation. Over nearly eight months, we completely refreshed and updated the property in 2025, including the interior paint, flooring, bathrooms, kitchen features, fixtures, vanities, and furnishings to create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for our guests.

The home is spacious, private, and located in a quiet and safe family-oriented neighborhood in Allen, Texas. Combined with its convenient location near shopping, dining, and entertainment, our goal was to create a place where guests can truly relax, feel comfortable, and enjoy a peaceful stay.
