Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Great location with easy public transportation nearby. Whole foods was across the street and great restaurants in walking distance. Room set up was perfect for our party of 10. Could use some upgrades but overall great space for what we needed. Property managers were very helpful and always available when needed.

Overall the condo was very nice. Short walk to the beach which was wonderful. View of the old rundown tennis courts wasn’t the best. And it would have been nice to have a grill to cook outside.

Beds are the worst

Location was great, furnishings were old and outdated. Needs some updating especially for the price increase for 2026. Not worth 10K for a week without updates and new beds!

The location is perfect. Walking distance to two grocery stores, restaurants, and just steps from the lake. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a loft area on the 2nd floor, and a loft on the 3rd floor. The kitchen was functional, we cooked two dinners, but the can opener was broken (doh!). Important to note that there is no air conditioner. During our trip, it was a little hotter than normal (mid-80's). We could handle the heat by opening up the doors and using the fans they provided, but the 2nd and 3rd floor struggled to cool off. My kids liked it because it was a level of nice without being too "boujee". Just a little miscommunication during check-in (should we go to the front office or straight to the condo? Why do we have three parking passes when we need only one?). Would definitely stay again!

Great stay for an amazing price!

Was very pleased how the property turned out. I went with a group of 10 and without anyone else knowing how the property looked we didn't know what to expect when we arrived! Can confirm there has been some updated changes that made the property look great! And with 10 people we still had 2 extra of the twins beds to spare. The only things that could use some improvement is the lighting was pretty dim, thankfully the sunlight helped a lot with that but at night it was on the dimmer side maybe some new lighting would help or brighter bulbs, the shower heads at least for the one I used on the second floor felt low, and one room had the tv remote missing while another room had the tv remote but no cable on it. So would recommend bringing your own streaming devices if you want that on your tv. These are all things that could be improved upon in the future so not too much to complain about. Really enjoyed my stay! And highly recommend for anyone to stay here! We'll definitely look to booking again for a future trip!

Memorial Day Stay

The condo was clean and ready for check-in on time, which we appreciated. The view was absolutely amazing, and the overall complex at Lakeland Village is very nice. However, there were several maintenance and amenity issues that affected our stay: The third-floor shower was not functioning properly, with only a slow drip of water. One of the beds on the third floor had stained box springs and a stained mattress. A ceiling fan in one of the second-floor bedrooms was not working. The first-floor bathroom (to the left when entering the front door) ran out of hot water on two of the three mornings we used it. The breaker tripped in the bathroom of the first-floor bedroom on the right side. The patio doors need proper safety locks. The home overall feels like it could use some updating. Community Amenities: We were disappointed that, over Memorial Day weekend, the tennis courts were not open and the hot tubs were not operational—both were amenities we were looking forward to using. Summary: While the location and views were wonderful and the complex has a lot of potential, maintenance issues and limited amenity access made this stay feel less than ideal. For a four-night holiday weekend, the experience was just okay.
