We had a great time with our family! Tons of room for multiple people or families to stay. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The game room was a huge hit for the adult guys in the family. The driveway is the only downfall to this destination - but smaller cars it’s a breeze. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this house. The view was amazing. The house was very clean and when I requested a new toaster bevaue the one there was faulty and could start a fire I had one within an hour. Only downfall is the driveway/ parking.

Beautiful home with fantastic views.

Overall this property is absolutely beautiful. It is somewhat difficult to get to, make sure the best driver in your party drives up there. The Lake Labyrinth is a quite accurate name as there are many turns and twists, to get to the bedrooms.

Amazing View and Property

I have been visiting the Lake Tahoe area for 20 plus years, and this location has the most amazing views from any cabin that I have ever stayed in! The home is setup great with separation between different areas. My kids were able to play pool and have fun while the adults relaxed and did our thing in another part of the home. Great place to recharge the soul.....

Very beautiful home. Enough room to fit my 9 adults and 4 children on our vacation stay this past weekend. Location is perfect Close to town for all your shopping necessities as well as the casinos which is roughly bout 10mins away. We were lucky to have snow fall right outside the door steps. Pool table room was a plus for the men (man cave) at nights! Had a great time will return!

Incredible Views!

This home had some of the best views I have ever experienced! It was a gorgeous home. And every single room had incredible views of the lake! We were awestruck the entire trip. Some of the furniture was outdated. One of the beds was broken but Vacasa made every effort to remedy the situation during our stay. The couch was fairly uncomfortable too, and my parents and sister also mentioned that their beds were somewhat uncomfortable but not broken like the one I slept on. Overall, you are booking this place for the views, which are absolutely worth it! We really enjoyed our stay and I had good communication with Vacasa overall. I had some difficulty when asking questions in advance; the responses seemed like they were AI-generated. But once I was there Vacasa was very communicative and made our trip a breeze!

Beautiful Views

The house was big and spacious for our group, with beautiful views. Unfortunately the house was not ready for our arrival. The cleaning lady was still cleaning when we arrived. There were lots of things that didn’t work properly and many lights that needed new light bulbs. Otherwise, great house for big groups and breathtaking views.

Lacked the small touches for a true getaway

Location and views made this a great experience however I wouldn’t stay here again. Sauna that is shown in the photos did not operate; grill ignitor did not work, smoke alarms beeping, ran out of paper towels and no dryer sheets, Just to name a few hiccups that took away from the experience. Photos need to be updated to give the renter a better idea of what to expect when booking.

'Almost' perfect

Very clean, surprisingly accommodating, and a spectacular view. We forgot a few things and were pleasantly surprised when they were provided on the property. We would definitely return. My only frustration was difficulty getting the sauna to operate each day. Property managers got maintenance out quickly and got it operating; however, we were unable to get it to work using the same method the next day. Could be user error, so a 1 page instruction posted to the wall would be immensely helpful.

Wedding weekend

We rented this house for our family to stay in when our daughter got married at Round Hill Pines Resort which is just a short distance away. Everything about the house was as described in the listing. It had ample room for 14 people. The parking was a bit challenging but adequate. The new home being built next door will complicate parking a bit. My only real complaint was the floors in the home really need to be deep cleaned. After walking around for just a few short minutes the bottoms of our feet were literally black with dirt etc. Overall it was a great place however the cleanliness of the floors should definitely be improved especially with the significant cost of the rental.

The views are incredibly stunning; I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a home with more beautiful scenery. Every room has lake views. There are many stairs all over the house. If mobility is any issue at all, consider another listing. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The beds were hit-or-miss. One of them was so uncomfortable I contacted the property managers after the first night. The frame seemed like it was broken but I’m not sure. Luckily we didn’t need every bed on the property so I just slept in a different room for the rest of the trip, and the property managers made the effort to remedy the situation immediately. The couch was also uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very memorable stay.I did have some issues with my email communication to the property management before our stay, as to where exactly we would potentially park and need parking permits, which they sent via email. I sent about three emails asking for clarification because this property has a large garage. Every response was seemingly AI-generated and did not answer my question. So to answer that question for future guests, the entry to the property is a long one-car-width sort of drive way that is shared with the neighboring property. If your car(s) do not fit in the massive garage (3 of our SUVs fit easily) then you need to have a parking permit displayed if you park in the sort of lead-up “driveway” to the property. Since we fit in the garage, we didn’t need them.

Shelter In Place

We stayed here due to our cruises trip being cancelled from the Covid-19. So we traded up the pina coladas for hot toddies! The weather was awesome and the mountain just got dumped on. However, Covid-19 put a rain on our parade and closed all the resorts. The house had lots of amenities and entertainment to keep a house full of teenagers and adults busy. There was a pool and Foosball table for the kids. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own bed. Only downside was some of the bedrooms connected to other entertainment rooms. You had to pass through and disturb whoever was in there if they wanted their privacy. Playing pool or foosball also echoed throughout the whole house. But we didn't really care. Plenty of space in the garage to fit four cars. Make sure to have 4WD or chains when going up the drive-way when snowing. All standard amenities were provided - extra towels, sheets, pillows, etc. Some rooms were bare with no entertainment, but we don't rent rooms to stay in and watch TV. Oh, it was dog friendly as well! Gunner had a blast sleeping in everyone's room. Almost every room had a doggy bed. Overall experience was great.
