If you're looking for the perfect place to host your lake retreat with your family or friends, then look no further than Four Seasons Lakeside! This three-story lakefront home features all the comforts of a home away from home. The main living space is on the second floor along with two bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and one full bathroom. The open floor plan seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room to keep the togetherness flowing during your stay. Prepare delicious snacks in the fully-equipped kitchen and then bring them to the living area–it's the perfect gathering spot with inviting sofas and a large flatscreen TV. The wood-burning fireplace is near the seating area in case you start feeling chilly. The large dining table seats up to 10 people and the kitchen island provides three more spaces with three stools. The lower level of the home features two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has two bunk beds (double lower/upper twin and lower twin/upper twin) and the second one a queen bed. And last, but not least, the upper level is more of a loft area with two recliners in front of a large flatscreen TV.

This location will place you in the heart of all the winter sports such as cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and more! If you're up for cross-country skiing, then you better visit Royal Gorge Cross Country Ski Resort, the largest cross country ski resort in the country (one and a half miles away). Serene Lakes is only 50 feet away and you'll have two kayaks available (summer only) to truly take advantage of the lake and its proximity. Soda Springs Mountain Resort is only one and a half miles from your doorstep and it has a stellar reputation and diverse attractions. Traveling with kids? No problemo! Children of all ages can experience the best tubing in Tahoe at Soda Springs' Tube Town within the resort. 'Lot 1' is the area on Serene Road at the south end of the lakes. The facilities include the Snack Shack, bathrooms, watercraft storage racks, picnic tables, volleyball court, BBQ grill, audio-video equipment, sun tents, swimming dock, boat dock, bocce court, horseshoe pits, and the sandy beach.

Four season Lake house -home away from home!

We have stayed at the Four Season Lakehouse, both in the summer and in the winter and it’s been wonderful. The position on the lake gives you a great view of a beautiful morning sunrise every day. It’s on a quiet, less windy part of the lake and the kayaks and paddle boards that come with the house are really fun to use. The kitchen has everything you need…..The beds are comfortable …not much more you could ask for in a vacation home!

The place was very homey and comfortable, and we truly appreciated how well-stocked it was — all the supplies we needed were provided. The house itself was clean, beautiful, and well maintained, which made it easy to settle in.That said, I do wish there had been more flexibility and consideration around the cancellation process. Due to a severe storm, the purpose of our trip was significantly impacted, and we ended up spending most of the time indoors. While we understand policies are in place, a bit more flexibility in situations like this would have made the experience better overall.Overall, it’s a lovely home, but weather-related flexibility is something future guests may want to be aware of.

Really fun base for a taste of winter

Two families stayed here, 4 kids total. It was great! Really nice layout, lots of games and things for the kids, and super convenient for skiing. The fireplace was a fun touch too. We all agreed we would like to come back

The house was absolutely amazing. Perfect for our family! We brought our own paddle boards not knowing that the garage already had paddle boards, two kayaks, a paddle boat, inner tubes, and multiple life jackets. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to cook with. We had lots of fun playing the video games in The loft area. . Would highly recommend it to family and friends.

The house was set up nicely for a family group ages 1-78 years with separate places for adults and children to gather, play and just relax. It was outfitted with indoor and outdoor materials for children (electronic games and tobogans) and located above the lake (we made a toboggan run in back of the house0. Everyone enjoyed the stay and thought we should visit again next year.

The home and property were absolutely amazing. The home is fully stocked with everything needed to enjoy your vacation. However, we had 10 people staying and there was not enough toilet paper, paper towels, and there was no Kleenex.

The ultimate vacation house

We stayed here in March when the lake was frozen and covered in snow. And we had to return in the summer. This trip was so great. This house is well stocked with kayaks and paddle boards and beach toys. It's really a great place for family to be together and hang out inside or outside. We'll be back for a third time soon.

Lakeside Perfection!

We have rented many houses at serene lakes over the last decade. But this house was the best ever. With all kinds of fun things to do inside for the kids and the lake outside, it’s perfect. We went in the snow and were able to make a fun little run for the young children down the side of the house then they would come in and play bumper pool and games… what a wonderful spot for vacation. we will be back every year summer and winter as long as it is available. large and roomy, it was perfect for six adults and four small children!
