Moutstraße nur zu bestimmten Zeiten befahrbar und Info kam erst 2 Tage vor Heimreise. Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Keine Informationen vor Ort. In der Beschreibung steht Hallenbad zum benutzen, nur wo????

Hallo Britta! Die Mautstrasse ist auf Grund der Murenabgänge nur zu bestimmten Zeiten befahrbar. Das ist bis September so. In der Zeit von deiner Buchung bekamen wir die Information von der Gemeinde auch immer nur Tag für Tag. Mittlerweile hat sich die Situation stabilisiert und es stehen die Zeiten. Auch auf Grund dieser Situation ist das Hotel mit dem Spa Bereifu gesperrt gewesen. Ja es ist ein Selbstversorger Apartment. Aber ich bin immer jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und auch erreichbar gewesen. Die 2 Sterne für eine Situation die wir nicht beeinflussen können, finde ich nicht fair.
