Ideal for year-round relaxation, your one-bedroom with loft townhome boasts vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a spiral staircase, and a modern open layout. The full kitchen is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes, and there’s plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the living and dining areas. Step out on the furnished balcony for fresh mountain air, while the front porch is perfect for storing summer and winter toys.





COMPLEX AMENITIES

Enjoy access to Lakeland Village's private beach, pools, hot tubs, lakeside barbecues, sauna, and fitness center—amenities that are private to the Lakeland Village community and available only to guests and owners. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.





Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Loved that this resort is right on the lake with plenty of chaise lounges on a sandy beach for guest's. The unit itself is amazing with comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and updated furnishings. Everything you need to have a wonderful Lake Tahoe vacation.

This was a very comfortable property and we enjoyed the small balcony, cozy kitchen, and overall space to just unwind and relax. We took advantage of the private beach and fire pits while we were there as well. Would return for another visit for sure!

Loved our stay!

We were a party of 4 that stayed for the weekend and we really enjoyed our time here. The location is so close to the lake and all of the major hotels/casinos. Overall the place was really clean - we saw a couple bugs but nothing you wouldn't expect for being in Lake Tahoe. We had bears walking through the area, which we thought was so cool!

We stayed in this unit as part of a larger group who were all staying in Lakeland Village. It was fine for not needing to spend too much time in the unit. If we spent more time in the unit, we might feel a bit closed in on each other but for our needs it was great. There were a couple amenities that needed replacing, but otherwise, we were pleased with the location and the cleanliness.
