Rural holiday home in a quiet location

Accommodation description:
The stone cottage is located on the outskirts of Sauveterre la Lémance, where Lot et Garonne, Dordogne and Lot meet. For nature lovers, the serene surroundings offer peace and quiet, with deer in the backyard and mystical nights with owl songs. The upper floor is not used. The owner lives nearby but is not usually present, and also grants you complete privacy. A fine terrace behind the house offers stunning views of the surroundings!

Visit the medieval castle of Bonaguil (just 5 km away) or delve into the history of Cahors with its old centre amid vineyards. For an adventurous twist, go canoeing on the Dordogne or the picturesque Lot. The region also offers beautiful cycling routes along its banks!

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Jolie maison dans un très bel environnement, isolée, ce que nous recherchions. Prix de la location un peu élevé pour les prestations fournies (entre autre vielle gazinière...). Un rafraîchissement intérieur serait le bienvenu. Nous retenons toutefois le bel emplacement de cette maison.

emplacement et maison bien au calme , on a apprecie . points negatifs , la proprete de la maison , toiles d araignees, couverts et casserolles a changer ., manque aussi de serviettes pour le nombre de personnes . c est dommage .
