Comfortable family home with all the amenities. Good response from property management company when needed. Neighborhood is lovely even though there is a small amount of construction being completed.

Pros: Nice, quiet neighborhood in pretty location. Dog friendly home, master bedroom was very large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Central AC kept the house very cool and comfortable in the heat! Hot tub was nice but not at all private. Electric window shades were a fun touch. Cons: Ant infestation in kitchen and no ant spray was provided after I contacted them and requested it. We battled the ants in our food all week. The master shower drain was very slow, so water built up in the shower and nobody ever came to fix it after I contacted them. My husband had to use the toilet plunger to unclog it ourselves. There was only a broken, rickety Murphy bed in one of the bedrooms and the very thin mattress on it had a large urine stain. The bed was unusable, luckily there was an air mattress we could use in the closet otherwise my son had nowhere to sleep. Most of the pillows in all bedrooms were very stained and need to be replaced. Garage is very small, it was a bit difficult getting our small SUV into the garage door. A larger vehicle would never fit. Outside gate was broken and very difficult to latch. I honestly expected more from this home based on the photos and other reviews… :(
