I rented this property for a ski team staying here and there were enough beds for 12 people. The entire house was infested with mice that had chewed through walls, floors, the kitchen, the kitchen shelves/storage, and contained mice poop and scraps of chewed up wood throughout the entire house. It was not very clean, had a considerable amount of wear and tear, and the pictures do not do it justice at all. We were led to believe that this would be a decent stay considering the cost/pictures, but I can confidently recommend that no one should stay at this property and the state of the house was disgusting. There are plumbing leaks, and mice have chewed through exterior walls to get into the rooms as well as the kitchen/dining room area. The dishwasher has issues and the TV placement was a little funky. If you want to live with mice everywhere, this place would be great for you. The only good thing about this property was the location right in Government Camp and the distance to get to the mountain.
