This property was exactly as presented and I was pleasantly surprised at size and layout of the room. The cleaning staff, when present, were professional and courteous and were helpful. The Avari team were excellent in communicating all information I would love to stay here again

The property is nicer than I anticipated. It is an old motel, but so peaceful and quiet. The room was clean. Bathroom could use some updates, but overall I was impressed and comfortable. I am picky about sheets and would have appreciated higher quality. Overall, it was a great experience. We would stay there again.
