The location of this Sunriver home is great. It was spacious for our family of five, close to the golf course, walking paths, and SHARC, and surprisingly quiet despite being near the main road.Unfortunately, cleanliness and the lack of basic supplies were disappointing. For a five-night stay, we received only two dishwasher pods, two laundry pods, two garbage bags, one package of paper towels, limited dish rags, and no multipurpose cleaning spray. When we asked for additional supplies to help keep the home clean, we were told we would need to purchase them ourselves. With five people plus pool and hot tub towels, this simply wasn’t enough.Several dishes were dirty, a blanket from the closet had visible dried-on debris/food and had to be washed before use, and there were extra pillows but no pillowcases. The primary bed also did not have a mattress protector, which I found unsanitary for a rental.The back patio has plenty of seating, but much of the furniture was covered in sticky tree pitch, making it difficult to use without first scrubbing and cleaning it ourselves.The home has a great location and plenty of space, but cleanliness is very important to us. Unfortunately, due to the cleanliness issues and lack of basic supplies, we would not rent this home again.
