Buten un Binnen Holiday Home
This 140-square-meter holiday home is located in the heart of Zingst on a large lot (700 square metres), about 500 metres from the beach and 20 metres from the town centre.
Renovated and refurnished in 2018, the house features an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a living room with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a gas fireplace, as well as two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The upper floor features one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a sauna.

The property is located on the second block of Hafenstraße and is absolutely quiet and very sunny.
From the garden, a second exit leads directly to Likedeeler Weg (a walking and biking path) and from there directly to the traffic-calmed street Fischmarkt.
The supermarket is only 20 metres away. (Google Maps is misleading; Hafenstr. 29 is actually located roughly at the same level as Hafenstr. 33).
The property features 2 parking spaces, 1 bike storage room for 8 bikes, and 2 patios with garden furniture.
Pets allowed upon request; no cats permitted!


Please bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them through the Zimmerbörse.

Key pickup takes place at the Zingster Zimmerbörse, Strandstraße 51, by 5:00 p.m.!

Tolle Lage, sehr schönes gut ausgestattetes Haus, bequeme Betten. Hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Wir waren schon das 2. Mal da u kommen gerne wieder.

Buten un Binnen

Die Zingster Zimmerbörse ist leider nicht gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Man ist mitten zwischen vielen Fußgängern ziemlich ratlos, wo man parken kann. Eine Beschreibung zuvor per Mail wäre empfehlenswert. Es gab auch keine Wegbeschreibung zum Haus. Für ein Haus in 2.Reihe wäre das schön gewesen. Ansonsten war alles chic und toll. Das Haus ist gut bestückt:Geschirr, Spielzeug, Deko. Es war ein toller Urlaub für 8 Personen in dieser Unterkunft.

Eine großzügige, saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen im Zentrum von Zingst. Hervorhebenswert: die großzügigen Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus im eingezäunten Gelände.
