Quiet and centrally located comfortable half of the house

This comfortable semi-detached home, built in 2017, is centrally located yet quiet, about 350 m from Strandstrasse, 700 m from the beach, 650 m from EDEKA, / 300 m to the bakery / 800 m to Boddenhafen / 500 m to the Lohse butcher shop and can accommodate 7 people.
A spacious living area with a living/dining area is furnished to a high standard and features an LED TV, a wood-burning stove, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso machine. Free Wi-Fi is included; a washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room.
4 bedrooms (2 with LED TVs), 2 of which have double beds, plus 3 single beds.
A travel cot is available for a small child. 1 shower/toilet, 1 bathtub/shower/toilet. Pets are NOT allowed.
An electric grill is available for enjoyable barbecues on the terrace.
There is a small paddling pool for toddlers. Non-smoking home!

2 free parking spaces are available for your use.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels (though these can also be rented).

Keys will be handed over at the Zingster Zimmerbörse from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM!

Sehr schönes Haus. Irritierend war der vollgestellte Schuppen, den wir für unsere Fahrräder nutzen wollten. Die bereit gestellten Kissen waren für unseren Geschmack zu dick und unflexibel. Der Geschirrspüler war für uns (5 Personen) zu klein und wir konnten nicht ergründen, wie lange er eigentlich lief, nirgends gab es ein Anzeige. Das war besonders für die Planung des Abreisetages sehr hinderlich. Die Aufteilung und Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig.
