The Octagon on the Beach



The Space:

This stunningly engineered two-story home offers an oceanfront location with unsurpassed views and a unique octagon-shaped construction. Sunshine fills the main level, and panoramic views stretch all the way from the mouth of the Columbia River to the north to Tillamook Head just south of Seaside. The beach and ocean surround you, with beach access just outside.



On the main level, you'll find a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plus two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with its own bathroom. You'll also have a spacious, sun-filled living room and dining area, plus another full bathroom. In the center of the home is a spiral staircase that leads down to the lower level, with two more bedrooms and a full bath. You'll marvel at the structural beams that give this home its unique distinction. You'll have plenty of outdoor space as well. With a wraparound deck in the front, perfect for sun worshiping and picnics. Another deck in the back is perfect for the morning cup of coffee and newspaper.

This was the perfect place to for our Oregon coast adventure. Close to Cannon Beach and Ecola State Park. The view made morning coffee and evening sunsets very peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

Great views of the beach with easy access. We had a great long weekend enjoying the beach and sunset from the deck. We even saw a few whales! House was a little older and basement could use some updates, but it all worked fine. The stairs were a little steep for our toddler, but the house provided a baby gate to keep him safe. I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect! The house was clean, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and spices, and the beds were very comfortable. The view is gorgeous as well you can’t go wrong by staying here. Proximity to the beach and town is also great.
