The extra-large kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for easy meal prep, and there's enough space for a few kitchen helpers. You'll find elegant furnishings throughout the house, and the open living area features an entertainment center with a built-in desk in case your trip combines work and play. Relax on the soft sectional while you stream your favorite movie on the smart TV.

The house was very spacious and had everything needed to enjoy a stay at Edisto. I'd definitely stay there again. Beautifully furnished and close proximity to beach access.

Great rental!

Great spot and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Huge pull-through parking area made maneuvering our boat/trailer a breeze. Check-in and key retrieval requires a trip to the Vacasa office (no electronic door lock) but not a huge deal because the office is conveniently located on the way into Edisto. We'd definitely stay here again.

This house was great for our spring break trip to Edisto Island. The house was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. The only downside is that it has a bit of traffic noise since it sits on a corner lot. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

Overall, the properity met our needs. Spacious house with plenty of room for everyone, plenty of cabinet space, close to everything.Cons: No icemaker with only two trays to use, microwave is above the washer and dryer and not on the counter, the house is clean but fine details like sand in the trashcans, this is a corner lot so you do have some traffic noise but not terrible, some furniture and appliances are dated, the yard and lot needs lots of work.Overall, its a beach house that met our needs and we would consider staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Gramlin house. The house was comfortable and as described in description. Plenty of glasses and dishes but additional cooking utensils would be helpful such as knives (other than steak knives), stirring spoons for cooking, newer spatulas etc. From staying at Edisto for many years, was familiar with the location of the house but if a family has kids that want to play outside, just be aware that it’s a high traffic volume area and many people do not obey the stop signs or speed limit in that area.
