The Space:

This one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom condo villa at Island Club sleeps four people and is conveniently located at the end of the building, offering a private patio. The condo gives you access to shared pools and a shared hot tub, as well as a zero-entry children's pool, playground, tanning shelves, fitness center, and sports courts.



This Island Club villa complex is located in the Folly Field area of Hilton Head Island. Walkways lead guests directly to the beach from this oceanfront property, and picnic areas with barbecues offer great places to hang out.



The living area, which has a 36-inch flatscreen television, a sleeper sofa, and inviting armchair, opens onto a balcony that overlooks the lagoon and offers patio seating. A dining area, adjacent to the living room and directly across from a fully equipped kitchen, offers a two-seat breakfast bar in addition to a table and chairs. The bedroom features a king bed, a 30-inch flatscreen television, and an adjoining private bathroom equipped with a spacious shower.

There are no elevators in the buildings.



The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Mother daughter trip

This condo was great for my trip with my 10yr old daughter. We loved being so close to the beautiful pool and beach. We enjoyed watching the turtles and ducks from the balcony and riding bikes around the property. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo with a great location

The property was clean and well maintained. The dishwasher wasn't working, but besides that the condo was great. The pool and hot tub were both lovely and never too crowded.

The apartment is only 6 min walking distance to the beach. It has a nice view from the balcony on a pond with a fountain. The apartment is very outdated and needs to be upadated.

Nice place - property manager needs work

The property was comfortable and nicely appointed. However, the property manager was unresponsive. After we checked in, I called to let them know about a problem and they never called back. They did not provide checkout instructions. An electrical outlet had no cover plate in the living room. There were no instructions or information on the TV/DVD setup in the living room or the Roku setup in the master bedroom. Some of the remotes did not work (dead batteries, had to cannabalize from other remotes). Basically, it was self-service; if you have a problem, good luck.

Great condo for price

This second floor end unit is in waterway which is an older area. It’s nice and livable. Due the construction of waterway, you have to be considerate of your neighbors . We have stayed in this unit previously and will again. However the Island Club does not recycle if that matters to you.

Great property for a few nights

Great little property in an ocean front complex on Hilton Head Island. Just the wife and me this trip, so this space worked perfectly! Much better than a small, cramped hotel room, and relatively the same price. There were a few light bulbs that need to be replaced and a few marks on doors/walls that need to be addressed, but it was very clean and provided us with everything we needed for the weekend.

Great Stay at the Island Club

We have stayed at the Island Club several times over the years. This was our first time in unit 124. Check in, we were early. They took our cell number, we went to the pool and were called when the unit was ready. The unit was clean, even with a bit of bleach smell to wrinkle the nose. It is big for two people and everything worked fine. 5/10 minute walk to the beach. WIFI was good. private wifi for the unit (I think ). Now a note on the Island Club. It is a well maintained 40 year old property at the beach. That age is reflected in the price. Our family, we don't need everything to be super fancy. What you get here is a bargain for a great location. The staff are great and the community is gated. We rented chairs ahead of time, they were up and ready on Sunday morning ! Everything was great, will stay here again.

Location is good, about 5 min walk from beach. Property need some work done in bathrooms, roll handler. Living room furniture was not clean and need to be replaced or professionally cleaned. Kitchen was ok with only little supplies. Property manager told us to have own supplies like trash bags, soap etc.

Wonderful location

This was our second trip to HHI. Previously we rented a large home with family, but this time was just the 2 of us. A 1 bedroom condo with laundry and beach access was perfect. Island Club has multiple buildings - this unit is in the back near the main entrance overlooking a lagoon, about a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and peaceful - yet close to attractions if you wanted to go out. Bike/walking paths connect you to other island locations too. The grounds are well kept and offer numerous grills to cookout and bike rack storage. The maintenance group was excellent as our AC went out one hot afternoon - they arrived within 30 minutes to check it out and the repair company quickly arrived to fix it. As for unit 124, I can only rate it a 3 because the living room furniture needs to be updated, there was a broom stick handle in the sliding door for security, and crocheted bedroom throws aren’t on my list of items able to be cleaned after each guest. There were some unexpected bonuses tho - books to read and a storage chest with beach chairs. Overall, we had a wonderful week as this was our first vacation after the pandemic.

The place was fine, convenient to the beach but extremely disappointed the hot tub/spa was not working(as it said it was on the website) They gave the Covid excuse. We have been to 3 other properties in the last 7 months in Hilton Head and all of their spas were working. False advertising!
