We really enjoyed our stay. The condo itself was a bit smaller than I expected, but was well equipped and had everything we needed. The balcony view is amazing. You do have to stop by the property management office for check in which is different than what we are used to. However, they were extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Cozy, New & Perfect Location

This condo made for an absolutely perfect getaway with my boyfriend. It's definitely cozy, but they made amazing use of space. Everything is updated and bright and had a lovely beach vibe. The condo was spotless and had great amenities. It was very easy to check in, as well as connect with the owner on any questions we had during our stay. Beautiful view of the beach and just a short walk. We reserved beach chairs every day, which was very convenient. All in all, absolutely loved it!

Beautiful location, pool and easy access to the beach. My only recommendation would be the AC unit had not been turned on so when we arrived it was 89 in the unit and hot!! Took a couple of hours to cool down. A guide in the condo would also be a guest recommendation! Information on pool codes/gate access/wifi/ washer dryers etc! A paper was given at check in however- very easy to lose. I always love having that in units and this one was missing that- just a friendly tip from a pro traveler!

Pretty much perfect!

We loved the property. It has been thoughtfully and beautifully updated with clean lines and modern decor. It has a fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony. We enjoyed the high top bistro set which allows you to enjoy an unobstructed view. I looked at so many properties that had great ocean views but low chairs so you end up staring at the balcony railing which is super annoying. In addition, the condo is well stocked with everything you need for cooking at home. I recommend bringing your own dishwasher pods bc they aren’t provided. The King bed is very comfortable. The shower has great water pressure. The condo was spotless except for one thing…there was palm tree debris on the balcony and something gross on the floor. Someone had cut their fingernails out there and left them on the floor. Completely repulsive! Please tell the cleaners to vacuum the balcony between guests. Seaside Villas is a quiet, well maintained complex that’s about a 10 min walk to Coligny Plaza with a great selection of restaurants. We rented bikes across the street in front of the Holiday Inn Express. The beach access is very close and it’s a beautiful, wide, clean beach. Thank you for a great stay!

This particular unit was newly renovated, and clean as a whistle. We basically had the entire island to ourselves because it was off season! The only issue we had during our stay was that the WiFi would constantly kick us off, and tell us that the hotspot was full or somehow at capacity. This tells us that the WiFi hotspot is being shared, which really sucked.

Time To Relax
