Love the area. Nice walk to the beach. You need to bring your own towels, chairs. Nice condo. Just needs some minor upgrades. Beds comfortable

Great location.

Great location!This condo had everything that we wanted. Walking distance to the beach , close to golf courses,and other amenities. My husband and i rented this unit for the month of march. Great place for family. We had issues with the garbage disposal. Vacasa had somebody come and fix it on the same day i reported the problem. Great service. The access to wifi could haven been better.

Nice area, close to the beach and pool. Nice poolarea. It was clean and the host was good to work with. Appreciate the bedroom drawer space and well stocked kitchen! They had plenty of Tupperware to use and even an electric skilletfor pancakes or grilled cheese. Our particular unit had just a few things that kept us from giving it 5 stars - strong musty smell, front door had large visible gap at top where light could be seen through, and the sliding door was very difficult to get open from the deck side if you completely closed the door - we always had to leave it cracked or have someone inside open it. Colonnade was a good community and we’d stay in this area again.
