The Space:

Walk to the beach, relax in the pool and hot tub, or play some tennis with your friends at this beautiful villa on the beach in Hilton Head! With beautiful landscaping and incredible amenities, including a easy beach access, this condo is the perfect destination for an oceanfront getaway.



Located just a short drive from the many shops and restaurants of Hilton Head Island, this condo makes it easy to explore all the island has to offer. If you'd rather stay on the property, you'll find plenty there to enjoy, from an on-site pool to a well-equipped fitness center, as well as nine tennis courts and a shared jacuzzi.



When you're not out in the sun, entertain yourself with the free WiFi, the 42' cable TV, or by watching the sunset from your private deck. Sate your hunger by fixing a snack in the fully equipped kitchen, or cooking some steaks on one of the gas grills on site. The primary bedroom has access to the patio as well as a king bed and full bath while the second bedroom is across from the full hallway bathroom and features a queen and twin beds.

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

The location was perfect for a family with kids. No crowds to deal with and a great first floor location for kids to go and do their own thing without having to worry about anything. Could even watch the kids playing yard games right from the patio table until the sun went down.

Relaxing first floor condo close to the beach-pool-and tennis courts

Very relaxing condo that has everything you need (washer, dryer cooking pots pans etc...) The beach was a lot closer than we thought from pictures. We enjoyed walking out there several times. There are also grills and outdoor games. The pool is very close and so are the tennis courts. It was free to reserve a time to play on them and they are well cared for. Entire family had a great time. We would definitely stay again!

We have stayed at Island Club several times but this was our first time in this unit. The owners have selected beautiful furnishings and decor for this property and we enjoyed our stay very much. Only minor negative is that we had a little trouble adjusting the water temp in the primary shower but finally realized that the handle appears to be on backwards . The bed is super comfy and we loved the proximity to the beach as well as all the amenities Island Club has to offer. Would definitely recommend!

Clean,comfortable,tastefully decorated. Easy access to beach from main floor patio. Well equipped with the exception of a kettle ! A kettle would have a been nice but we made do with a saucepan to boil water. We stayed for a month and thoroughly enjoyed the location and this lovely condo

Great place for a family. Clean, updated unit. Was not pleased with Vacasa and their support through the week. Had multiple people unaware and not notified come into our condo moving the kitchen appliances. Wish we knew people would be in and out!

Clean, quiet, and cozy.

We stayed here for a week with two young children. It was the perfect location to enjoy the beach and island. Loved the first floor entry, which made it very easy with young kids. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials we needed. Some units supply beach chairs, sand toys, etc, however this unit did not. We rented some things so it wasn’t a huge deal, just something to remember for the future. Would definitely book again!

Love this condo. Updated and clean! Only draw backs were master bath sink had very little pressure, water barely came into sink?? If you cook a lot there was no cookie sheet/bread pan. But these did not keep us from enjoying our stay. Would book this unit again.

This place was great. Our only complaint is that the pots and pans were not good. Everything we cooked stuck to the pans. They didn't have any non-stick cooking pans for stove. Next time I would just bring my own. The place is really nice though! Loved how you could walk right out your back door and walk to beach! And tennis courts and pools hot tub!

Budget friendly condo, keep your expectations low

We love Island Club, but don’t recommend this specific condo. We had no working washer, despite multiple communications with Vacasa throughout the week, ultimately had no help with a fix and no follow up even though it was promised. A broken toilet and backed up shower add to the negative experience. First floor is always nice, close beach access and playground. Bottom line: pictures don’t match reality, property management company is not responsive, and expect to have piles of dirty beach laundry.

We loved the convenience of this condo. Quick walk to the beach, pool, & basketball court/exercise room. The lay out perfect for my husband, my son, his friend & me. It would have been perfect with a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, just stayed a little warmer at night than the other rooms.

Family friendly island club unit

We love the Island Club and this property worked well for our family with a little one. It was easy to get out to the beach or pool or playground. The unit was comfortable and well equipped. FYI to other families with little ones- there was a lot of decor we had to move out of reach of our toddler (I hope we put it all back in the right spots!) The beds, however, need updating. Our backs were hurting by the end of our stay.
