House and area are absolutely gorgeous! Owners are aware of needed upgrades and will be making them. My family of 8 had plenty of room. Pool is gorgeous but covered by trees so not the best get a tan. Fortunately the beach is close by. Loved our trip.

SPACIOUS and Convenient

I'm a little delayed on my review as my son got very sick when we got home but we were the first to stay in this home with Vacasa as the property was just recently purchased and put under their management. The house is very spacious and the pool was much enjoyed. We did have a couple issues but the host was quick to resolve. Everything you will need is there as well as nice beach towls. It's just a quick bike ride or car ride to several beaches as well as the shipyard private beach area. The only issue with going there is you only get 1 parking pass so be aware of that if u have multiple people that can't fit in one car. It could use a few updates with the exterior and pool light needs replaced as well as a welcome book with local and home information but it's my understanding these things will be done. The host was wonderful and went above and beyond with our ginal request. We absolutely loved our time here and hope to return again!
