A semi-detached house located in the vicinity of Paljakka ski centre (closed), only 200 m from the downhill slopes/lifts. Distance to Lake Rakennusjärvi 200 m / 219 yds (1 km / 0.62 mi long and 200 m / 219 yds wide). Built in 1989. Living room with kitchenette, bedroom with two 90 cm bed, Loft two 90 cm beds and sofa bed (115 cm x 180 cm), sauna with adjoining dressing room and WC.
