Pros: We had the pleasure of staying at this apartment in June 2021. From the initial contact with Ines, being met by Vera and Patrick and our departure and subsequent follow up email everything was just perfect. The views from the balcony were superb and we spent many hours sitting on the large terrace. The apartment is spacious and was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The communal pool was open and we had it to ourselves when we used it. There are plenty of good quality cafes, bars and restaurants just a short drive away. By far our favourite was Restaurante La Parata in the little village of the same name just 15 minutes drive away, do go you will not be disappointed.

This apartment has everything you need to drop your luggage and start enjoying your time away. The d

Pros: This apartment has everything you need to drop your luggage and start enjoying your time away. The directions to locate it are very much helped by the photographs (please note that you need to park on the road when you first arrive as the key to the garage is in the apartment). Inside it's clean and modern, with those fabulous panoramic views out to sea. The well-equipped kitchen meant we could experiment with cooking simple meals, alongside eating out. There are also bits and pieces like seasonings and oils, plus washing-up-liquid, cloths etc. We just replaced anything we used, which seems like a decent way to run things. There's also a washing machine (and iron plus board if you are so inclined), which meant we didn't have to go home with our usual bulging bag of laundry. The guide book is welcoming, with very few requests or rules. There are instruction manuals for all the appliances but we did need to seek help a couple of times, when the owners responded quickly and efficiently. Being UK based, I found paying in euros a bit of a challenge, although managed to sort it out. Our deposit was also quickly refunded. We stayed for two weeks over November into December 2021, when the weather greeted us with blue skies on almost every day, with occasional winds and clouds. I managed to sunbathe on that impressive balcony. most days. You can easily walk down to the beach from the apartment, although it's quite a walk into the main area of Mojacar and a car or the bus is best to get around. We would definitely recommend this place.

Pros: Het uitzicht was fenomenaal! Echt prachtig, de foto's liegen niet. Zo'n uitzicht houdt wel in: een steile weg naar boven. Goed te doen, maar wel een klim. In de directe omgeving zijn twee chiringuitos. Om verderop uit eten of naar een bar te gaan, hebben wij fietsen gehuurd. Ook om naar het gezellige buurdorpje Garrucha te gaan. Wij raden deze accommodatie zeer zeker aan!
