Strictly no parties/events. Quiet hours 10PM-8AM. Max occupancy 16 total/8 per side. Violation results in immediate eviction without a refund.
Strictly no smoking, vaping, or pets anywhere on premises. Rinse sand at outside shower before entry. Keep doors closed while AC is in operation.
