General The 55 sqm 2-room maisonette apartment (non-smoking) is located on the ground floor as well as in the attic of a building built in 2016 and offers space for two people. Adjacent to the living area is the associated terrace with garden furniture. Parking spaces for your car are available on the property.
Living area The spacious living and dining area is equipped with a sofa, an armchair and a dining table. For a cozy TV evening, a 32" TV with satellite connection is ready for you. Of course, we provide you with a fast, wireless internet access in the entire apartment free of charge.
Sleeping area You will sleep on the sleeping loft in the attic in a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), for which we will provide you with bed linen. For a well-rested sleep, you also have the option to darken the windows with curtains and plissés. In addition, a wardrobe and other storage options provide space for your luggage.
Kitchen In the kitchenette you will find a hob with two stoves and a small fridge with a freezer compartment. The available kitchen utensils will help you to cook and enjoy. In addition, a toaster is available for your breakfast, as well as a Nespresso capsule machine and a kettle for preparing coffee and tea.
Bathroom The bathroom with shower and bathtub, designed in earthy tones, has a towel radiator and plenty of storage space for your personal cosmetic products. Towels and a hairdryer are provided by us. The apartment also offers an additional small guest restroom.
Other equipment On the parking lot of Manor Bockelkathen you have the possibility to store your bicycle in a shelter.

The nearest supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery and a bank can be found in Scharnebeck, about 6 km away. You can reach a bus stop from Manor Bockelkathen in a distance of only 130 m.

On the two nearby award-winning 18-hole golf courses of the castle of Lüdersburg you can obtain your golf license, develop your skills and prove them in tournaments. A special feature we offer you is the possibility to accommodate your own horse during your stay at the neighboring Leuer’s farm (on request). From here you can explore the adjacent mixed forests, fields and meadows on horseback. In addition to the offers in the direct vicinity of Manor Bockelkathen, there are also numerous excursion options in the nearby. The cozy old town of Lüneburg with many small cafes, restaurants and owner-operated stores, which is about 15 kilometers away from Manor Bockelkathen, invites you to stroll and linger. If you are drawn to a big city, don't miss Hamburg with its diverse sights and cultural offerings. If, on the other hand, you prefer to hike in nature, the nature reserve "Lüneburger Heide" is just the place for you. The nearest supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and bank are located in Scharnebeck, about 6 km away. You have further shopping possibilities in Adendorf and Lüneburg, which are located at a distance of about 12 km and 15 km from Manor Bockelkathen, respectively. The nearest restaurant is the restaurant Falkenstein at the castle of Lüdersburg (2 km). But also in Lüneburg there are numerous possibilities to end the evening with a good meal. Manor Bockelkathen can be reached by car from the west via the A39 freeway and from the east via the B216 federal highway. Sufficient parking spaces are located on our property directly in front of the buildings. If you travel by public transport, you can reach our apartments from the train station Lüneburg with a bus. The bus stop is only 130 m away from Manor Bockelkathen.
Apartments The total of eight apartments of Manor Bockelkathen are located in an ensemble of buildings which was newly built or completely renovated in 2016. In 2023, two modern tiny houses were also erected on the property. With a size between 25 sqm and 62 sqm, each apartment offers enough space for two people. While the eight apartments in the ensemble of buildings have a combined living and dining area furnished in high quality country style with a sofa corner with satellite TV and a dining table, the Tiny Houses feature modern Nordic furnishings. Furthermore, each apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed. A small highlight, which almost all of our apartments have: spacious terraces with a view of the greenery. Each apartment also has a modern bathroom with shower and/or bathtub and towel radiator. The kitchenette, equipped with a small refrigerator and freezer as well as a stove (in the Tiny Houses also with an oven) and kitchen utensils, completes your temporary home. A fast Wi-Fi access, towels and bed linen as well as all utilities are included in our accommodation rates.

Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl - es ist total heimelig. Die Umgebung ist ideal für Urlaub mit Hund - man erreicht fußläufig schöne Wege zum Laufen. Großes Plus für die Badewanne - an einem Regentag sehr schöne Alternative zum Wandern ;0) Landschaft ist ein Traum - wir haben uns richtig gut erholt. Super für unsere Reise mit E- Fahrzeug: am Golfplatz öffentliche Tanksäule. Persönliche Betreuung/ Informationen zur Anreise & Nachfrage am 2. Tag, ob alles okay sei, durch Mitarbeiter ebenfalls dicker Pluspunkt. Sehr gute Organisation.

Wohnung war sehr schlecht gereinigt, Heizkörper wurden nur lauwarm.
Die Wohnung war vom Zuschnitt her sehr schön, leider überwiegten aber die Mängel.
Die Wohnung war sehr schlecht gereinigt, überall weiße Hundehaare auf Böden und Polstern, zum Schluss an unserer Kleidung. Die Heizkörper wurden nur lauwarm, somit die Wohnung nicht warm. Auf der Ostseite des Hauses stand direkt ein Tinyhouse, wodurch wir auf eine Bretterwand schauten. Dies war auf den Abbildungen im Internet nicht ersichtlich. Bei einem Mietpreis von 155€ pro Nacht, hätten wir eine andere Qualität erwartet.

Die Lage der Unterkunft und die Gestaltung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben die Ruhe und den Ausblick sehr genossen. Bis auf kleine Verbesserungen, die wir oben genannt haben, war alles einwandfrei. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war vorbildlich! Wir werden wieder buchen und die Unterkunft auch weiterempfehlen.
