About the host
Hosted by Tracy Tischer
I am proud to share that I grew up in Historic Annapolis and have been a former Super Hostess on AirBnB. I enjoy sharing my cottage when I travel for work. The place has a welcoming and peaceful energy; many former guests have called it an "oasis."
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is less than 1 mile of the USNA Stadium and 2 miles from downtown, and there are many ways to navigate to the house when there are local events so you can avoid traffic. The street is a one lane alley with only five houses. The neighbors are very quiet too.
What makes this property unique
The property is on 1/2 acre, surrounded by trees and augmented by landscaping. The house is 120 years old and fully renovated while still retaining its original Cape Cod character. While it is small, there are many areas for privacy inside and outside the house. The decor is as eclectic as it is elegant and comfortable.
