About this property

Historic Saratoga House: Two Blocks from Broadway - Track Season

MINIMUM STAY IS 48 DAYS. This historic 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath house was one of the earliest homes built in Saratoga in 1840, but has been completely updated with modern conveniences. It is only two short blocks to Broadway, has a private, fenced in yard with patio and pergola, and driveway with offstreet parking. Hardwood floors throughout. This is our personal home, so it has many amentities not found in rental properties. For instance, the master bedrooms has a new organic latex split King-size mattress while the master bathroom has a 4x4 custom tiled shower and a deep soak clawfoot iron bathtub. Two other bedrooms have queen beds with another full bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, silver and glassware and has a high-end commercial grade Viking stove and soapstone countertops. The dining room table is a huge black oak table and can seat 8 people. Living room is spacious with 65" TV and sectional couch.
