Nice house, great location

We stayed at the house to go to the Belmont and it was a perfect location. 15 minutes to downtown and the track. The house fit 6 of us very comfortably and it was a pretty and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything you need and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay in a quiet, safe neighborhood! Perfect location!

This listing was exactly what we needed for our horse show long term stay! Lots of room and for myself, my assistant and my client! The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet, which is always a must for me! It was the perfect location, close to the horse show grounds, the lake, restaurants, and the track. It was so nice to be able to come “home” after very long days at the horse show and be able to completely rest and rejuvenate. Would most certainly stay here again next year!!

We loved our stay at this Ballston Spa home! Everything was clean and exactly as pictured (except that the bunk beds had been removed from one room, but that worked to our advantage). We came with a group of 5 women for a long weekend to check out Saratoga Springs. One member of our group has been to the area many times and says that she now plans on staying in Ballston Spa for future visits, as it is quiet and scenic and central to all of the region's attractions. It's a better value for sure. Michael was an excellent host, offering both early check-in and late check-out, even though we didn't request it. The beds all received high marks, as did the sheets and towels (very soft). They have a well equipped kitchen, cozy tv area and a nice deck for enjoying the yard. They provided starter soap, detergent, etc, as well as paper towels and tp. The only thing missing were some basic cooking staples (cooking oil or spray, spices, plastic wrap, etc.). Would HIGHLY recommend this place!
