Apartamento de 4 plantas sin aire acondicionado

Es un apartamento que esta distribuido en 4 plantas, una habitacion en la zona mas baja que huele mucho a humedad, en la planta principal cocina comedor, segunda planta otra habitacion y tercera planta la terraza. Con niños pequeños evidentemente no quieren dormir tan lejos de los padres....a esto añades que tienen unos aparatos que no echan nada de aire y hace calor agobiante. A parte los utensilios de cocina no estan nada limpios tuve que fregar todo antes de poder beber ni agua....no estuvimos muy contento...

très jolie ville mais appartement sur une colline

Appartement en très bon état mais attention il est sur 4 étages avec une pièce par étage. Je déconseille avec des très jeunes enfants. Barbecue parfait sur la terrasse (4ème étage). Place de parking réservée dans la rue. En revanche, les plages et la ville se trouvent à 1,2km et 1,5km mais il y a une difficile longue route (altitude +60m) à monter pour le retour donc compter 20 à 25 minimum (voir plus pour des enfants). Pas de climatisation et les petits ventilateurs portatifs sont peu efficaces par grandes chaleurs. Je retournerai à Peniscola mais plus proche de la mer et de la ville.
