Unwind around the 6-foot fire pit or head minutes to the lake for kayaking, fishing, canoeing, and boat rentals at Morse Marina. Charming downtown Cicero is just minutes away with shops and restaurants, and Grand Park in Westfield is only a 18-minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

-Pet fee: $200 non-refundable pet fee (dogs up to 50 lbs.)



-Parking: accessible for multiple vehicles, RV, camper, trailer, jet ski, boat



-Damage Protection fee is included to protect you during your stay.



-Please note that because the home is located in the woods, you may encounter more insects, bugs, and small critters than you would in a typical suburban or urban setting. While regular pest control measures are in place, occasional sightings are a normal part of living in a natural environment. During the fall season, the property will naturally accumulate fallen leaves due to the high number of surrounding trees. This is part of the charm of the wooded setting. Additionally, the property is serviced by well water rather than municipal water.



-There is water access at the park on the other side of the bridge and Wolfies Marina is where you can put your boat in.
