They advertised pool well it was a small pool but it was dirty when I reached out about it the response was the motor had just went out. What got me, was the statement of it just happen the day I checked in. I asked when will it be fixed and ready the response was well it just happen so I'm not sure but because I kept pushing the issue I was told a part had to be ordered and after seeing I wasn’t going to be able to use it at all in my 5 day stay I asked for compensation. Reason is my main objective was to have a pool for my birthday week. Instead of giving the 100.00 refund they gave me excuses. I won't recommend home at all. The decor pillow in master suite had stains on it. We spent a whole week in a house that didn't give you access to a broom to keep floor clean. The queen bed lean badly as if it was going to fall apart when someone laid down. The remotes to all the TV’s didn't work it said not compatible and the downstairs tv would not turn down it was so loud so we use our cell phone to connect to the tv in order to turn it down and change channels. The smoke detectors batteries had to be changed out the beeping noise was to much but once I reported they did send someone out. I don't mine paying for what is advertised I expected just that if the pool needed a motor it should have state pool temporary out of service. Then as a consumer, I could have selected a different location.
