It has two bedrooms with a king, queen, and twin bed; and pull out queen sofa bed. Perfect! Guests enjoy two bathrooms. Each generously include travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap. The master, thoughtfully equipped with hair dryer for convenience. The tranquil atmosphere in a relaxing neighborhood with mature trees, invites you to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you’re taking in the view or watching the game on the covered deck, or stepping out to take in the surroundings, this enchanting condo offers a comfortable retreat. Please load and start washer with all kitchen towels, bath/beach towels, and wash cloths. No need to strip the beds.

Key codes will be provided within a week of your stay.

We would love to have the dishwasher and washer finished with their cycles prior to your departure. Please turn off the water valve and the water heater circuit breaker upon departure.

This neighborhood is an established neighborhood with tall mature trees. Deer roam freely in front yards and along roadsides.

What makes this property unique

This property is on the main channel on the Grand Glaize arm of LOTO. It has breathtaking views. We've added some personal touches like coastal decor, travel shampoo, conditioner, and soap, coffee k-cups, a cupboard of spices if you want to cook, and hairdryer in the Master bath. We hope these personal touches help you remember your stay and come back to stay again and again. We hope you treat our place like your place.
