Sehr spartanisch

Aussicht auf die Gartenkolonie und Dresden ist traumhaft. Ausstattung- ist schlicht und abgewohnt - Balkontür schließt schlecht und es tropft durch. Nach Anruf bei Vermieter-den wir nie gesehen haben- wurden uns weitere Handtücher in die Wohnung gelegt und das Tv wieder funktionsfähig eingestellt. Alles sehr anonym.

Tolle Lage, ansonsten naja.

Wenn ich mit dem positiven beginne, sehr ruhige Lage, mit tollem Blick auf Dresden.Mir persönlich, war es viel zu unpersönlich. Das Hauptfoto, weckt Erwartungen, die in keinster Weise erfüllt werden.

Dresden schön idyllisch

Schöne Lage, mit einer super Aussicht. Zufahrt unbefestigt. Wer also kein Problem mit schmutzigen Schuhen hat, wird sich sicher wohlfühlen.Ausstattung ist eher einfach.

Wochenende in Dresden

Die Pension ist gut zu erreichen und dank der Lage sehr ruhig. Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, wirklich nur dem nötigsten. Für unseren Aufenthalt hat es gereicht, bei längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir uns über mehr Ausstattung gefreut.

Aufenthalt war nicht in Ordnung

Die Bett war sehr sauber und in Ordnung. Treppenhausw,Kühlschrank,Küche,Sanitäranlagen etc. war Verdreckt, genau wie die Hausfassade. Das Haus war im Allgemeinem in einem sehr desolaten Zustand. Vermieter wurde kontaktiert weil die Wohnung verdreckt war. Einsicht seitens Vermieter wurde nicht gezeigt. Vermieter wurde gefragt ob wir eine saubere Ferienwohnung bekommen, jedoch lehnte er dies auf Grund des Deutschen Reiserechts mit der Begründung das er 24h Zeit hat um die Ferienwohnung zu reinigen. Wir sind am Gleichen Tag abgereist und uns kamen deutliche Mehrkosten entgegen. Wir hoffen das wir uns auf einem guten Weg einigen können. Bilder können als Beweis entgegen genommen werden.

Gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung war für uns absolut in Ordnung. Sauber und von der Größe her mehr als ausreichend. Die Lage einfach genial, innerhalb von 30 Minuten ist man mit der Straßenbahn/dem Bus in der Innenstadt. Dresden ist eindeutig eine Reise wert! Das Bett war uns leider etwas zu hart, ansonsten möchten wir gar nicht klagen. Genial der Balkon und die dazugehörige Aussicht. Ausstattung der Küche können wir nicht beurteilen, wir haben nur gefrühstückt in der Wohnung 😃 Kurz und knapp: Empfehlenswert!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren jetzt das 2.Mal zu Gast bei Herrn Rogge und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke dafür. Hier handelt es sich um eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung entfernt vom Lärm der Stadt in einer Gartenanlage. Der Blick über Dresden vom Balkon aus ist phänomenal. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Ferienwohnung war sehr ruhig, Küchenutensilien waren komplett und ausreichend! Leider sind die Betten sehr niedrig und sehr hart (meine Frau hat Hüftprobleme, die durch das harte Bett verstärkt wurden)! Das Waschbecken könnte auch 20 cm höher hängen. Dusche funktionierte sehr gut

Wunderbarer Ort

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war wunderbar. Mit dem Bus war die Innenstadt schnell erreicht. Der Blick über die abendliche Stadt war herrlich und die Umgebung sehr ruhig.

Dresden

Dresden war wunderbar. Wir haben viel erlebt. Die Ferienwohnung war endteuschend. Der Blick war super aber das war es auch schon. Die Wohnung und das Objekt sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sehr obetflächlich sauber. An und Abreise ohne Kontakt zum Vermieter ist nicht schön.

Zahlenschloss

An den Vermieter: Leider hat das Zahlenschloss gehakt. Wr mussten mehrere Male die Zahlen eingeben und dann mit Gewalt am Schloss ziehen bis der Briefkasten zu öffnen war. Leider gibt es kein Frühstück mehr.
