Apartment - inexpensive - practical

The apartment with a size of 30 square meters is located on the ground floor of an apartment building. There is a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen. The center of Dresden can be easily reached by tram within 10 minutes. There are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance of 5 minutes on Kesselsdorfer Straße. WiFi is free for our guests. The equipment includes bed linen, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer. The city charges an accommodation tax of 6% of the room price for guests aged 18 and over who are not in Dresden for business reasons. This is payable on site.

Zweckmäßig und sehr gut angebunden

Einfache und zweckmäßige Unterkunft für kurze Aufenthalte, das Notwendige ist vorhanden - richtig gut fanden wir die festen Matratzen und dass gleich zwei praktische Tramlinien direkt ums Eck halten.

Leider hat die Wohnung die Gemütlichkeit einer Bahnhofsgaststädte.Für zwei Tage Dresden ging es gerade so.Dusche ist eine ZumutungFernseher vorhanden, aber nur mit viel Geduld benutzbar.

Gute Lage

Die FeWo ist sauber und hat eine relativ zentrale Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut erreichbar. Kleiner Nachteil: Die kleine Küche ist nur mäßig ausgestattet und hat kein Fenster. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Sehr einfach und spatanisch eingerichtet. Es fehlen auf jeden Fall ein paar gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Bett sehr einfach und hart aber zweckmäßig.Sehr hellhörig. Dunkle Vorhänge fehlen.

Staying in Dresden

We were for 4 days in beautiful Dresden and happy to have found an affordable and comfortable place. The apartment was well equipped, and the check in and check out process smooth and easy. The communication between me and the landlord and Fewo was prompt, professional and thorough - no questions remained. The only thing that was somewhat complicated was the parking situation in Dresden - but that has nothing to do with the rental. Just expect to have a runaround when looking for a parking spot - and that applies everywhere in such a dense packed exciting city like beautiful Dresden 🌺

Gute Lage ,Zimmern in Ordnung

Reibunglose und schnelle beseitigung von Mängel. Der Vermieter kann nichts für die dummheit der anderen Gäste. Obwohl Rauchverbot ist hat es im Flur nach Zigarette gerochen.

Kleines Apartment mit allem was man braucht, nur etwas schlecht gereinigt, besonders Geschirr und Fußboden. Dafür war der Buchungsvorgang sehr komfortabel und problemlos.

Drei Tage in Dresden

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr guter Lage, Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und in kurzer Zeit ist man schon in der Altstadt. Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist in Ordnung. Es gibt alles, was man für den kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir haben in der Unterkunft praktisch nur übernachtet, da wir ganze Zeit unterwegs waren um Dresden und Umgebung zu erkunden.

Küchenkatastrophe!

auf den ersten Blick-spartanisch, aber sauber. Bis wir in die Küche kamen! Zunächst fiel die Front vom Kühlschrank ab, der Boden war dreckig, im Schrank kaputtes Geschirr, war ne Zumutung! Kleiner Tipp: eine Matte vor der Dusche würde die Unfallgefahr auch deutlich mindern

Die Wohnung liegt in der Innenstadt und hat alles, was man zum Übernachten braucht. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist okay. Der Wohlfühlcharackter ist gering.
