This comfortably furnished home with 2 beds and 2 baths is located minutes from the Augusta National on a quiet street with a fenced back yard. There's a king bed in one bedroom and a queen in the other. The well equipped kitchen has been updated to include new appliances. The highlight of the home is the fenced back patio/garden. The home is located close to shopping and restaurants and is less than 5 miles to downtown Augusta and the medical district. Pets welcome with $40 fee per pet.

Located in a quiet, well-kept Augusta community, this home offers a peaceful retreat while still being just minutes from top golf destinations, dining, and local attractions. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and comfort for your stay. 5 minutes to Augusta National Golf Club, 8 minutes to North Augusta, 5 minutes to downtown Augusta and the medical district.

There is room to park two cars in the driveway.

Cozy home that with a beautiful outdoor space that has been professionally decorated to include seating areas in both bedrooms as well as a workspace in the king bedroom. There is a great room with living room and adjacent dining area with seating for 6, a laundry area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The first bedroom provides a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed.

Augusta is best enjoyed using a personal vehicle.

This was my second time staying here and I will always choose this property when I’m in the area. It is super clean, modern, and in a quiet location that is close to everything. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked and they even left me a bag of ice. The host is very friendly and great with communication. Highly recommend!

Great spot, convenient to the course and accessible to local amenities. We got there 50 minutes early and they wouldn't let us in until the exact time which was slightly annoying but not unusual. Very clean and comfortable. We will stay there again next year.

This is one of the nicest properties I have stayed in. The host is super friendly and was excellent with communication. The location can be a little tricky to find but once you locate it you will appreciate how it is tucked away but very convenient to many areas of interest. I was visiting someone in the hospital and it is an easy drive to the Medical Center. I would suggest if going that way to just take Milledge to Walton as it is a nicer drive. The property was clean, very quiet at night, and nicely furnished. No complaints at all! I would stay here again without hesitation.

The Rose Evan Real Estate group was communicative, prompt and helpful. Check-in went very smoothly. The cottage is furnished nicely, comfortable and light and airy. Attractive, heavyish curtains are drawn at night for privacy. Beds and pillows are comfortable and the bathrooms are modern. The AC was simple and worked wonderfully. The place is cozy (code for small) as stated but had so much. The small kitchen was outfitted with basics. The washer and dryer set was convenient and worked really well, if noisy. Parking was directly out front. The treed neighborhood was very quiet. The small patio with umbrella was nice for drinks or coffee. The internet was quite good but did seem to disconnect at times for me.
