Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom house in Kansas City. The space features two queen beds and one king bed plus an air mattress offering plenty of room for a comfortable stay. An iron is also available to keep your wardrobe looking sharp. There is a bar set up if you want to enjoy your own drinks. As well as the backyard set up with outdoor furniture & a Blackstone grill that you are welcome to use. There is one spot in the garage open on the right side. Laundry on site. Desk is in the master bedroom. It is 5 to 10 minutes from Westport, Power & Light, Crossroads, Arrowhead Stadium, Royals stadium. Hwy71 N. or south is close by.

House had a few surprises. A moldy dish in the dishwasher, lighters under the couch, male member confetti here and there. Other than those things it was clean. Lovely master suite, nice bathrooms and kitchen well stocked with everyday supplies. Access to parking in the garage was great. Nice that a park is right next to the property, but we didn't feel very safe out with our dog walking around the park. Random cars sitting idling with people in them and very tinted windows, no kids actually playing on the playground. Overall the house was ok, it felt more like someone's home than a vacation rental. Location was a negative.

Comfortable inside, dated, but nicely decorated. The lawn was very overgrown; however, we did see a gentleman in the vicinity who was having trouble getting his mower to start-so that may be the reason it was overgrown. I am over 65 and the stairs from the street to the porch were steep for me. Communication with the host was great. They were still cleaning when we arrived and were friendly and accommodating.
