House Atlantic, Apartment 514 in Döse, about 100 from the beach. This one-room apartment offers space for up to 4 people in approximately 40 m² and is located on the 5th floor in a quiet area near the North Sea. Of particular note is the impressive panoramic view of the Wadden Sea.
The combined living, sleeping, and dining area is spacious and practically furnished. Amenities include a couch, a fold-down bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for up to 4 people. The living area opens directly onto the balcony.
From here, you can enjoy the sweeping view of the North Sea and the Wadden Sea. With a little luck, you might even spot large ships on the horizon.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and features a hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. There are also restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area.
A free parking space is available for guests.
The apartment is ideal for guests looking for simple accommodation with a special view and a location close to the beach.

The swimming pool is scheduled to be closed from January 15, 2026, through February 20, 2026.

Visitor’s tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the room rate.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. If you’d like, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following amenities for each guest:
- one cleaning cloth
- two trash bags/compostable bags
- one tea towel
- one roll of toilet paper
