A spacious 3-bedroom rental with great air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and a nice layout, but let down by poor cleanliness including kitchen ants requiring spray, visible cobwebs, and soiled fabrics. Pros Spacious 3 bedrooms with plenty of room for everyone.Air conditioning worked well to keep the space cool.Washer and dryer included for convenience. Cons Ants in the kitchen that required us to buy and use spray.Cobwebs visible in multiple corners.Soiled fabrics on furniture and/or bedding that needed attention.
