Only a few minutes away from the old town of Bale and yet quietly located is the Casa Ninetta.
On the second floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and open, very well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower / WC. The two bedrooms each have a double bed. The large 3rd bedroom on the first floor of the house has a separate access and its own bathroom with shower /WC.
In addition to the 4x7 m outdoor pool, there is plenty of space to relax in the 600 m² enclosed garden. The barbecue area invites you to spend cozy evenings at the grill!
The old town of Bale, restaurants, bars and stores are only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. To the beaches of San Polo and Colone you can reach by bike or car within a few minutes.
