Large ground floor apartment, located in a small Vilage, excellent location, 02 minutes walk from the main street to the old fishing village and 05 minutes to the beach. There are 02 rooms, 01 suite with a double bed and sofa bed, and TV and the 2nd bedroom also with a double and a single bed; Split air conditioning and ceiling fan in the 2 bedrooms, living room with ceiling fan, TV, DVD. 2 balconies with chairs and chairs, kitchen with microwave, freezer and utensils; social toilet, service area and private parking. Everything well maintained and clean.
