The Quinta das Lagoas Reserva Condominium has excellent leisure area consisting of a children's and adult's pool, tennis court, soccer field, gym, outdoor playground, playroom, barbecue and pizza oven.
Access to the beach is through the bridge of the condominium itself, exclusive to residents and tenants. Golf carts are also available for this crossing.
The apartment is east, very ventilated and is located on the second floor with total privacy.
It has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Suite with queen size bed, closet and air conditioning.
Bedroom 2: Bi-bed, closet and air conditioning.
Bedroom 3: 2 single box beds that can join if required and turn over a double, built-in closet and air conditioning.
The living room has air conditioning, 42 'Led TV, cable TV (Sky), 4 seater sofa, table with 5 chairs, closet and 2 side tables.
The kitchen has built-in cabinets, a stove, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher and a cooker hood.
Service area with cabinets and laundry.
On the balcony there is a table with 4 chairs, 2-seater sofa and space for hammock.

Foi um final de semana maravilho. O apto é ótimo, lindíssimo, conforme descrito. É um apto super equipado com muitos utensílios. Decoração linda. a Luciana é muito querida e prestativa. O condomínio é muito legal, tudo funciona perfeitamente bem e seguro. Ótimo para famílias. ficamos em dois casais . a praia em frente quando fomos estava bem vazia, tranquila, tem um bar próximo com guarda sol e cadeiras. (o apto tbm dispõe desses itens). o mar é com ondas.
Indico e em uma próxima queremos voltar.
