-Community Pool Access May 1-Labor Day
-Head to the marina where you can enjoy food, drinks, or use the boat ramp for your own watercraft.
-Drafts and Watercrafts Bar and Grill at the marina is open until mid-October and will open mid to late April.
-Dry Creek Beach is at the entrance of Twin Creeks Marina where you and your family can play in the sand and water during your stay. Open Memorial Day-Labor day

-You will access the community with a gate code and we will provide a door code to enter the home.
-We will be available through chat or by phone call to provide any assistance during your stay
-This home is in the beautiful gated golf cart community of Twin Creeks.
-The driveway can fit two trucks or 4 small cars.

Fourth of July get away with family and friends on Tims Ford Lake. House was awesome, great view for the fireworks and easy access to Twin Creeks facilities. The golf cart was available and used several times for checking out Twin Creeks. Host communication was awesome and we felt like if we had any issues they would be taken care of. We will look at renting the house again in the future.

Property was accurately represented. Home was extremely clean inside and all linens were in great condition. The deck, patio, and porch were the best! Included golf cart access; would not have rented w/o this feature. Minor nits included: foul odor from sink drain, 3 unlocked windows and 2 doors unlocked w one not working upon arrival. Property manager was quick to resolve these issues upon call to office. Garage floor was messy, but apparently housekeeping only covers the interior of home. Overall A- and we will plan to rent this home going forward if available during our next visit to Twin Creek.
