Look forward to a wonderful stay in this beautiful vacation home in Balka Holiday Park, close to the beach and the village of Snogebæk.



The vacation home is well equipped with space for four people. A cozy Scandinavian style interior with kitchenette awaits you. Drink your cup of coffee in the cozy living room or find a cozy spot on the sunny terrace. The sleeping possibilities are distributed between a double bed and a bunk bed.



You can barbecue on the terrace and find shade under the sunshade on particularly hot days.



Balka Holiday Park is located near the child-friendly sandy beach and just a few steps from the charming village of Snogebæk. You will find a playground for children of all ages and plenty of space for outdoor fun and games. In high season, the area offers several opportunities for water sports, including a surf school and sea kayaking from Balka beach, as well as a cozy beach café as a destination for a short walk. The vacation park is located within walking distance from the idyllic fishing village of Snogebæk, which has a special vacation atmosphere throughout the summer. In the village there are restaurants, stores, a smokehouse and a cozy little island harbor.



In a beautiful corner of Bornholm's sunny island, fantastic days for the whole family are pre-programmed.

The cabin was clean. The location was perfect. The property management company did not communicate at all even though we were there for 6 days. Be aware that you must provide all your own linens or rent them. We rented one set thinking that it would be enough for two people bc that was the reservation. We got one sheet, one duvet cover, one pillow case, one large towel, one small towel and a dish towel. Cleaning fee is also not included and we had to provide other supplies like paper towels and toilet paper. Electricity fees are also extra. I messaged the Company (Novosol) right away to see if we could get another pillow case and towel. Never received a response. They sent a link for the amenities upon our arrival but we were unable to open it. I asked if they could copy and paste the information to a email but they simply re-sent the same link. We made do with using a tee-shirt for a pillow cover and we shared towels. We loved the location and the cabin had a well equipped kitchen and was very cozy but the lack of communication and extra charges were a big disappointment. Novosol seems to have a monopoly on the vacation rentals on the island so no wonder they don’t care about customer service.

Leider mangelte es bei Ankunft an Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft, Spinnweben, ein ordentlicher Vogelcothaufen (älter!!) direkt an der Eingangstür, Geschirr musste vor Nutzung alles erstmal gespült werden, fehlender Mülleimer, einstaubte, und man muss sagen wirklich dreckige Terrassenmöbel mussten selbstständig aus dem total zugestellten Schuppen geräumt geputzt werden, der Duschvorhang kam einem direkt nach dem ersten Duschen entgegen… - wir sind von Haus aus Camper, scheuen keine Arbeit, sind auch sonst alles andere als „Motzer“, aber das muss ich dann leider doch mal loswerden! Der Preis war für Bornholm-Verhältnisse sicherlich ok, aber dennoch haben wir Geld bezahlt! Liebes Novasol-Team: Bitte als Anregung sehen! Liebe folgende Gäste: sonst kann man es aber im Hinblick auf Checkin, Kommunikation und Lage wirklich empfehlen! Eine Sache noch: die Hütte ist für 4 Personen ausgeschrieben- sagen wir mal so - man muss sich dann schon sehr mögen..

Der står at huset er til 4 Pers. Sofaen i stuen kunne man ikke sidde/ sove i da man kunne mærke brædderne. Der var 3 drikke glas, 2 æggebæger ig 2 vinglas. Det er ikke i orden. Det samme med bestik. 4 gafler ig knive men 6 skeer.Området er perfekt, men det indenfor skal også være i orden

Sehr kleines Haus für 2-3 Leute aber ausreichend wenn das Wetter mitspielt. Der Spielplatz vor der Tür ist ideal wenn man kleine Kinder hat. Das Meer ist sehr nahe.Tiny-House-Feeling pur :-)

Great location for active couple or family with 1 child

Very practical equipment, there is all you need and therefore you can settle down very quickly and get used to the place fast. It is important if you really want to take a rest and do not run a big household in that time. We took too much with us so we just kept our bags with excessive stuff in a car trunk and preserved a character of orderliness inside. Cosy atmosphere, nice light colors, some details to feel taken care of like candles or useful guides for Bornholm. The biggest tarrace of all summer houses in this Familienpark and one of few with additional outhouse where we kept out bicycles and where grill was stored. Car can be parked in a partial shadow. We were biking or driving for a hike most of the time, so we did not plan to sit on a tarrace - for us anyhow it would not be comfortable as we like privacy. It was clean in most important places, however cleaning persons should put more attention to dust in less accessible areas (eg on cooker hood and especially air conditioning - needs cleaning first to be used at all, but anyhow we enjoyed warm weather; we also put a new dustbag to vacuum cleaner as it was totally overloaded). For such a price - a good deal. We had a very enjoyable stay, „hygge” was there. Birds were singing for us, twice a rabbit run by our doors.

Schöne, gemütliche Hütte in sehr guter Lage

Die Hütte ist groß genug für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, alles gemütlich. Es gibt ein gutes Angebot für Kinder (Fußballplatz, Spielplatz), ea könnten allerdings noch ein paar Bäume um die Hütten herum stehen. Die Lage zu dem wunderschönen Strand ist sehr gut.
