The vaulted cellar, which forms the foundation of the building, was constructed at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and has undergone a complete, high-quality renovation in recent years. All interior walls of the building’s exterior shell are finished with clay plaster, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate.
