This property with a unique oceanfront location, a jewel of the Mediterranean, is ideal for hosting one or more families who want to enjoy their summer vacation, with children in a unique place where they can build memories for a lifetime.

Among the extensive pine forests that make up the garden is a swimming pool overlooking the ocean, and three houses; the main one, the guest house and the service house. All of them are equipped and ready to enjoy a true beach vacation.

The space
Nine thousand square meters of pine forest anchored over the sea, with two direct accesses to two coves or beaches, bordered by the Camino de Ronda.

A swimming pool, with its private terrace and outdoor dining room, next to the solarium, and different outdoor reading or meeting areas, all overlooking the Mediterranean that surrounds and accompanies us.

Wir waren Anfang September mit einer Gruppe von 13 Leuten auf dieser wunderschönen Anlage. Die Lage ist so perfekt! Strand vor der Nase, City in 3minuten erreicht… alles zu Fuß! Das Anwesen hat zwei Häuser, das hintere Haus hat etwas in die Jahre gekommene Bäder aber nicht an was wir uns gestört haben da sie sauber waren. Giovanni war sehr unkompliziert, das mag ich! Wir lieben die ganzen bunten Schälchen, Gläschen, Teller und Tablette, die das anrichten der selbst gekochten speisen besonders gemacht haben. Es ist wie immer in einem Ferienhaus, sobald man sich einen Tag eingelebt hat sind Kleinigkeiten wie wackelige Fliesen oder schiefe Schranktüren eher eine charmante Eigenart als ein störendes Bild. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall in das Haus, die Häuser verliebt und wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
